Key Role Responsibilities:
- Emails and Calendar Monitoring: Efficiently manage and monitor the lead agent's emails and calendar to ensure timely responses and scheduling.
- Process New Property Listings: Oversee the administrative process for new property listings, ensuring all necessary documentation and marketing materials are prepared accurately and on time.
- Liaising with Admin Team: Coordinate with the administrative team for contracts, marketing, listings, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, buyers, and tenants, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and quotes promptly.
- Appraisal Preparation and Database Entry: Prepare appraisal documents and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database.
- Email Proposals: Draft and send professional email proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Open Home Preparation: Organise and prepare for open homes, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Flyer Coordination and Marketing: Plan, create, and distribute marketing flyers to promote property listings effectively.
- Social Media Coordination: Manage social media accounts, including planning, creating, and scheduling posts, as well as using Ads Manager.
- Client Letters and Distribution: Prepare and distribute client letters, including mail merge tasks.
- Outsourcing Tasks: Coordinate and manage outsourced tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
