Position: Customer Service Officer
Length of Assignment: 6 months maternity cover, potential to convert for right person.
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $34.59/hr + super
Location: Darwin NT

Job Brief/Overview:

Duties:
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the forefront of all customer interactions, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
  • Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS, SW regulations etc)
  • Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
  • Booking scheduled services
  • Dispute resolution
  • Updating services with new information (PO's, Access requirements etc)

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate is someone who embodies the spirit of excellent customer service. You should possess the following qualities:

  • Previous call center experience or high volume call environment ESSENTIAL
  • Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Patient and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
