Your Role
🔹 Lead the design and development of robust solutions using .NET, .NET Core, Azure, and Dynamics 365
🔹 Provide strategic technical direction and ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance
🔹 Oversee the successful delivery of projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
🔹 Drive innovation and champion modern DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices
🔹 Mentor and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
🔹 Engage with key stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions

What You Bring
✔ Proven leadership experience in technical, project, and people management
✔ Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, Azure cloud services, and Dynamics 365
✔ Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, and API-driven development
✔ Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery methodologies
✔ Passion for mentoring, coaching, and upskilling teams to achieve their best
✔ Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technology transformation
