The Role:
As a Field Printer Technician, you will play a key role in servicing and maintaining our clients' office technology in the field. You’ll be the face of our service team, visiting customer sites to provide repairs, maintenance, and training, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations on a range of print devices.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Offer clear communication and training to clients on equipment use.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts usage, and inventory.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a field service or technical support role with printers/photocopiers
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing laser printers, plotters, and multifunction devices.
• Basic IT and networking knowledge with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work independently in the field.
