We are seeking an experienced Retail Butcher (Well Above Award Pay) & Butchers Assistant to join our team at Mountain Creek Meats. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality meat cutting and preparation to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing (Butcher)

• Expertly cutting, trimming and preparing a variety of fresh meat products to Business specifications
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering advice and recommendations to customers
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked butchery display
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
• Assisting with the receiving and storing of meat deliveries
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the business

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience as a Retail Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat cuts and preparation
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide helpful advice and recommendations to customers
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for food and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
