About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through a combination of inbound and outbound sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on high-value services, targeting well-established SMEs and well-funded startups across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads and referrals, with the ability to disqualify unsuitable opportunities
• Develop and execute effective outbound strategies to secure new business
• Collaborate on go-to-market campaigns to enhance brand visibility
• Create compelling proposals and engage in sales operations reporting
• Utilise social selling and online branding to maintain a strong market presence

Ideal Candidate

• Agency Background: Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred, as it aligns with the fast-paced and dynamic nature of this role.
• Friendly, energetic, and a good listener with strong qualification and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to context switch and problem-solve independently
• Maturity to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
