About the Role
In this role, you will be a sale professional providing top notch customer service, sales, and administrative support to the Execugifts team, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to order. Your focus will be on prospecting for new customers and servicing existing customers expectations, building and maintaining client relationships, and encouraging repeat business. You will also contribute to a positive team environment and uphold our company values of quality, reliability, and customer-first service. We are a team that all pitch in to get the work done.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to obtain new customers
• Take inbound enquiries from new and existing customers
• Source products to meet customers brief
• Prepare quotations with our in-house quote/CRM system (full training provided)
• Keep up with the latest industry product trends
• Liaise with our suppliers, internal sales and production teams to meet deadlines
• Process sales orders
• Maintain client database
About You
You’ll be upbeat, enthusiastic, and organised, with a passion for great customer service and finding the right products for clients. A team player who’s happy to help where needed, you can also work independently, prioritise tasks, and stay detail-focused under pressure.
Our ideal candidate:
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Account Management role with hands on administration experience
• Proven record of B2B sales growth and success
• Is skilled at cultivating strong relationships
• The ability to recognise business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Works confidently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Quickly adapts to new computer systems and processes
• Presents in a tidy and professional manner
• Brings knowledge of printing processes and artwork requirements (vector files, PMS colours). This is advantageous, but not essential
Full training will be provided.
