To be successful in this role you will need experience of working in a L2 role in an MSP with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Intune. Be naturally curious, with strong problem-solving & analytical skills.

You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers (at level 2 and projects), whilst maintaining a strong Service Mentality.

Job:

• This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day L2 IT support function, along with ongoing maintenance to meet & exceed the users expectations whilst adhering to predefined SLA’s
• Dealing with escalations whilst providing the appropriate level of support to your team-mates is also crucial. The ability to manage several workloads at once is a key requirement of this position.

Duties:

• This position plays a critical role the delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions for all levels of users including VIP.
• Work to SLAs and ensure customer expectations are managed in a Microsoft environment, maintaining healthy client relationships.
• Provide Level 2 and Projects support & get involved with L1 where needed.
• This role plays a key part in the delivery of services, including relationships with vendors, clients (particularly VIPs) and external providers.
• In this role you will have a good technical knowledge covering Software and Hardware with a Microsoft Technology focus - Windows, AD, Azure AD as well as On-Prem, SCCM.
• Intune, Storage Solutions, Virtualisation Platforms and Unified Communications solutions would all be an advantage.

Essential:
- 2 years' experience in IT Support
- MUST have MSP experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Windows Operating Systems (Server & Workstation)
- Active Directory

- Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online)
- Intune / SCCM
- Azure Backup
