This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they are building a newly established marketing and communications department and they're looking for a strategic and dynamic communicator to amplify impact.

As Head of Communications, you will:
· Shape and drive key messaging across all communication channels
· Lead a high-performing team in member communications, publications, and engagement
· Strengthen he organisations brand voice, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
· Develop thought leadership content, speeches, and key publications
· Enhance internal communication strategies, fostering a connected and informed team

You’ll be the driving force behind how the organisation communicates with their members, staff, stakeholders, and the wider public ensuring that their voice is clear, consistent, and influential.

Key requirements include:
· Proven leadership experience in communications
· A passion for member engagement and stakeholder relations
· Strong skills in speechwriting, publications, and thought leadership
· The ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling messages
· A collaborative mindset with a drive to foster team success
· Proven experience in leading high performing communications teams within the Healthcare, Aged Care or Membership sectors
