We're looking for an Estimator who has experience with pricing rectification and/or renovation work primarily on the Gold Coast.

Most jobs are body corporate orientated, and priced by attending site with a provided scope of works, measuring areas, applying rates and also receiving pricing from subcontractors. There are also jobs where interpreting drawings is essential, so knowledge of either Buildsoft, Planswift or a similar estimating/measureing software is required.

It helps to have trade experience in this field (however not critical), as there are pricing components that require knowledge on how long activities take to do.

The candidate would need to have experience with MS outlook, word and excel, powerpoint and and estimating programme similar to Planswift or Buildsoft.

The role would be based in our office in Varsity Lakes approx. 80% of the time, and out on the road looking at projects the other 20%.

Depending on experience, the salary would reflect to ensure the right candidate is attained. There is also a company car plus fuel card on offer.
