Your Responsibilities:

1. Project Management – Keep jobs on schedule and completed to engineering standards
2. Ordering & Logistics – Order steel, sleepers, and concrete, plus coordinate concrete pumping
3. Team & Client Management – Lead your team and communicate clearly with clients and management
4. Daily Updates – Provide schedule updates and project progress to the Construction Manager and Clients
5. Equipment & Tools – Maintain tools, vehicles, and site equipment

Working Hours: 6.00am- 6.00pm (Project completion dependant + Paid overtime expected)

Remuneration package:

• $120,000- $140,000 On Target Earnings
• Reports to Construction Manager

What You Need:

• 3-5 years experience in retaining walls and site supervision
• Able to read and understand technical site drawings
• Strong planning & problem-solving skills – can spot and fix issues before they cause delays
• Clear, confident communicator – manage expectations with the team, clients, and management
• Excavator & Skid Steer tickets – skilled in precise earthworks and cutting sites to detail
• Dirt Surgeons and Craftsman – we value professionals who take pride in straight, top-quality work that showcases their competency

Workshop is based in Golden Grove, works to be carried out across Adelaide (mostly metropolitan area).
