We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, aged care, education, hospitality, and retail sectors.

The Role

This isn’t just another supervisory role. It’s a chance to take ownership of a variety of upcoming projects that make a real impact.

As Site Supervisor, you will apply your industry expertise to successfully deliver a diverse range of projects valued between $500K and $2M. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to broaden your experience, refine your skills, and contribute to high-quality project outcomes within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating site activities and managing resources efficiently
• Leading teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work
• Problem-solving on-site issues—because you thrive under pressure
• Keeping safety and compliance on point—no shortcuts, no compromises
• Providing progress updates to clients and stakeholders

The Like Mind

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 12 months of experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Foreman, with a strong background in managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Additionally, they should have solid knowledge and experience in maintaining on-site safety.
The successful candidate will be:

• Trade qualified in carpentry (or equivalent)
• Passionate about innovation and delivery of high-quality projects
• A proven leader - you know how to get the best out of a team
• A strong communicator—whether it’s clients, tradies, internal or external stakeholders
• A quick thinker who can adapt on-site and solve problems fast
• Well-organised with great time management skills
