Position Overview

As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience while maintaining high standards of service and store performance. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the success and continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Supervise and train pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Oversee stock management, merchandising, and stock control.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve business performance.

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and offering health-related advice where appropriate.

Handle administrative duties, including reports, budgeting, and payroll management.

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in a retail management role within pharmacy or the willingness to be trained for the role.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging customer situations with grace and professionalism

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of pharmacy products and services

A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a passion for health and well-being.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging store atmosphere
