About the Role:

We are looking for passionate Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to lead our Sportsgirl Darwin team and create exceptional customer experiences. In these leadership roles, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, manage stock, and develop a high-performing team. Whether leading the store or supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring success.

As a Retail Manager, your role involves:

• Driving sales and achieving performance targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the store team to create a positive, results-driven environment.
• Managing stock, including replenishment, markdowns, and stocktakes.
• Ensuring high visual merchandising standards that reflect brand direction.
• Handling customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service and lasting relationships.
• Overseeing store operations, including rostering, payroll, and compliance.
