Are you an experienced Store Manager looking to join an exciting retail team? Foster & Co Family Jewellers is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the smooth operation and growth of our retail store in Hervey Bay, Queensland. As a full-time Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate retail professionals, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including team scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to maximise product visibility and sales
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance management
• Foster a positive and engaging in-store experience for customers, ensuring exceptional service levels
• Analyse sales data and trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Ensure the store complies with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends
