About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support business growth with sound financial insights. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger reconciliations and financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Prepare BAS, GST, and tax compliance reports.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and company policies.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

• Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and tax regulations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards certification) is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a commercial environment.

• Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws, BAS, and GST compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
