About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of 165 residential properties, ensuring outstanding service for both landlords and tenants.
This full-time position offers a flexible work environment in a supportive and professional team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a 165-property portfolio
• Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Conduct routine property inspections and report to landlords
• Assist the Leasing team in marketing and leasing properties, coordinating viewings, and managing the tenant application process
• Ensure all properties comply with industry regulations and legislation
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase rental yields for landlords
• Contribute to team and company-wide strategies and initiatives
• Prepare and attend NCAT hearings on behalf of landlords

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior property management role
• Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills – ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in real estate software & technology
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Current Real Estate License & Driver’s License
