Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in human services, especially in the disability or housing sectors, is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management processes is highly regarded.
• Individuals with lived experience of disability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

• Helping people in need of Specialist Disability Accommodation find and move into the housing that best suits them.
• Supporting people living in Everhomes' housing to ensure our clients' accommodation is safe, comfortable and allows them to live with independence and dignity.
• Assist with facilitating maintenance and repairs, ensuring our clients' homes are safe and comfortable.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed condition reports, contributing to the upkeep and quality of our housing.
• Drawing from strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain productive business relationships with stakeholders, clients and collaborators.
• Marketing SDA to people in need of SDA, including preparing and updating rental listings, websites and social media, if required.
