Duration: Full time, fixed term (2-year)
Base Salary: $113,390 to $121,517 per annum (Admin 7.1 to 7.4)

Who are we?
Established in 1991, Danila Dilba Health Service (DDHS) is an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation committed to providing culturally appropriate, comprehensive primary health care services and community development within the Biluru (Aboriginal) community of the Yilli Rreung (Greater Darwin) Region in the Northern Territory.
We work to address the social determinants of health including the broader issues that affect our people's health, through evidence-based research and public advocacy. We also work to empower individuals, families, and communities to optimise their health.
About the role
The role is responsible for a broad range of support services across DDHS which include facilities, fleet, WHS, records management, business continuity and office services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Bilurunet site (intranet site), ensuring content pages follow a consistent format, content is up to date, relevant and accessible to all staff.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure physical records are securely archived and maintain a register of records held offsite and onsite.
- Across DDHS and in collaboration with relevant staff, support the EMT to maximise benefits from its business systems.
- Lead WHS activities acros all DDHS operations.
- Oversee acquisition and disposal of vehicles (both direct purchase and through leasing)
- Oversee relationship with landlords ensuring all maintenance, lease related matters, including lease renewals are dealt within a timely manner.
- Ensure reception and office support services are provided in an efficient and professional manner.
- Support EMCOS in delivering SIP work packages which fall within the corporate services portfolio.
To be successful you will need:
Essential
- Experience in providing a diverse range of support services to an organisation.
- Experience in working with business management systems (excluding finance systems), including implementations, identifying, and implementing process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Experience in WHS related activities, including the ability to identify WHS risks and develop risk mitigation options.
- Task orientated, able to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships that foster collaboration and co-operation.
Desirable
- Formal qualifications in one or more of the areas of responsibility
- Experience in an Aboriginal health service organisation
What we offer:
- 6 weeks annual leave per annum
- 5 days paid leave during our end of year shut down period (in addition to annual leave).
- Salary packaging of up to $15,990 per annum.
