We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Future Students team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team dedicated to attracting and engaging prospective students while shaping the future of JCU’s growth.

  • Fulltime (36.25hrs), fixed term until February 2026 (parental leave cover)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manager, Future Students, you will lead a team of business professionals to enhance JCU’s student recruitment efforts, increasing brand awareness and market share. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To excel in this role, you will have a degree qualification and extensive experience in student recruitment, sales, or a contact centre environment, with a strong ability to apply consultative and solution-based sales techniques. You will be an experienced leader with demonstrated skills in managing human, financial, and physical resources while fostering a high-performing and customer-focused team. Your advanced problem-solving and organisational abilities will enable you to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is essential, along with excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
