As we continue to expand and enhance our operations, we need a strategic Operations Manager to drive efficiency, automation, and execution across our core business units while ensuring sustainable growth.

What You Will Do:

• Operational Strategy & Execution
• Streamline operational workflows across marketing, sales, and product teams to maximise efficiency.
• Implement AI-driven automation to enhance lead conversion, CRM optimisation, and sales performance.
• Refine SOPs & operational processes to ensure seamless execution and scalability.

AI, Automation & Performance Optimisation

• Identify and deploy AI-powered automation to replace manual administrative tasks.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to increase revenue growth via automation & workflow optimisation.
• Drive cost efficiencies by reducing operational redundancies and improving system integrations.

Project & Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring execution within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
• Oversee team accountability, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Foster a high-performance, execution-driven culture within CHG.

Financial & Operational Efficiencies (Post-6 Months)

• Support financial efficiencies in collaboration with the CFO & Head of Finance.
• Support operational efficiencies within the RTO, ensuring alignment with compliance, student engagement, and business objectives.
• Work closely with the IT Manager to enhance tech infrastructure, ensuring systems, CRM, and automation tools support business growth and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of operational leadership experience – ideally in education, fitness, or tech-driven businesses.
• Proven ability to lead high-growth teams, optimise systems, and scale business functions.
• Expertise in AI, automation, CRM optimisation, and process systemisation.
• Strong data-driven decision-making & project management skills.
• Experience in financial operations, cost-saving initiatives, and workflow efficiencies.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive execution, and operate at a senior leadership level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in leading a team in a remote working environment.
• Background in tech or SaaS-based process automation.
• Experience within either the fitness or education sectors.
