Quadracon Building is a Commercial refurbishment and Building Maintenance company working in the Aged Care, Retail, and Local Council sectors in NSW, QLD & VIC.

We are currently seeking a Building Supervisor to join our Byron Bay Team running projects in the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, NSW Northern Rivers & surrounding regions.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision and delivery of jobs from $25K to $2.5M
  • ISO Certification compliance, and adherence to Company policies/procedures (Safety, Quality & Environment)
  • Quotation responsibilities on smaller projects
  • Assisting of larger Estimates and Tenders
  • Nurturing relationships with existing Clients

The successful candidate will need to have the following, skills & qualities to perform the role, including;

  • Building Trade Qualification or Tertiary Qualifications
  • Strong Building knowledge
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Leadership & mentoring qualities
  • Estimation and Project Management software experience desirable
  • A current Driver's Licence
