Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Company Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you will coordinate daily schedules and manage the flow of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our services are delivered on time and within budget. Your role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your job will be to use your experience to:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of our cleaning staff.
  • Create rosters and contribute to capacity planning.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the scheduling and operations team.
  • Interact with customers and internal staff to facilitate work planning and prioritization.
  • Update any changes to client service requests and communicate these changes to the relevant team members.
  • Input customer data into company systems.
  • Liaise with supervisors and team leaders regarding day-to-day changes.
  • Manage the signing in and out of property keys to cleaning staff as required.

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
