As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving projects to completion, engaging directly with the trades and sub-contractors, people development, resourcing, and always complying with safety policies and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Management of trades and subcontractors onsite,
- Liaison with the Project Manager to ensure budgets and time constraints are met,
- Providing a project execution approach, execution of planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals,
- Engaging and coordinating subcontractors and labour as required, to ensure they understand their duties, with a focus on value for money, compliance & safety,
- Supervision and coordination of material deliveries,
- Ensure works are completed and accountable, ensuring compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations, and local laws in the delivery of services,
- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to write, review and comply with JSA's, SWMS, and other relevant safety processes,
- Responsible for all on site inductions, toolbox meetings and on-site communication with all trades and suppliers,
- Leading by example and providing great support, guidance, and mentorship towards your team,
- Relationship building with respected clients and taking part in business development activities, and
- Working with the team to grow our safety culture as our team continues to grow.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2-years’ experience in the facilities maintenance, refurbishment and building industry in Australia, with relevant building tertiary or trade qualifications. You will have demonstrated coordination capabilities and an all-round understanding of the building process as this opportunity will see you managing all stages of projects. This will vary across:
- building services & minor works infrastructure upgrades,
- refurbishment, and
- facilities compliance.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to self-execute projects with help from the Project Manager from planning through design, procurement, and construction.

Renumeration
$90,000 - $95,000K package depending on experience.
