Precise Build, a reputable and well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements. Report on project status weekly.
• Conduct routine site inspections, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, work orders, and compliance records.
• Promote and enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, safety and quality protocols to protect workers and the public.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software, primarily Procore.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project / Word / Excel.
• Ability to set-out programmed work packages, track ongoing status and report weekly.
