What's the opportunity?
Y Victoria is currently seeking a Fixed Term Part-time Coordinator for our After School Care service at St. Liborius Primary School. This is a parental cover and part-time (22.5 hours per week starting April 2025 - December 2025) with working hours from Monday - Friday from 1.30 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. which includes planning time.
The hourly rate for the position is between $34 - $41 p/hour (depending on your qualification) + 11.5% super. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
- Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
- Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;
- Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program

What do you need?
- You'll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA (see the link below)
- You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
- You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check
- You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment
There are a variety of qualifications that ACECQA has approved to work within OSHC ranging from education to community services to healthcare. All Coordinators must be at a minimum, Diploma-level qualified.
