Our client plays a crucial role in supporting emergency medical services across the Northern Territory. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and community impact, they are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead their mechanical team in Darwin.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Workshop Foreman, you will oversee mechanical repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including light vehicles, 4WDs, and ambulances. You will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, manage workshop operations, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards. This role is an opportunity to lead a skilled team and make a real impact in a meaningful industry.

What You Will Need

• Experience as a qualified mechanic, particularly in fleet or dealership environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
