Join a nationally established and highly successful B2B services driven organization as their full-time permanent Technical Business Analyst.

The Role:

• Projects includes DW, ERP, CRM, Intranet and DR
• You will initially work across their DW replacement
• You will be supporting them and ultimately managing the vendor
• You will need strong process mapping skills
• If you understand API / Integration points that would be very beneficial
• They have a lot of bespoke applications that reports are pulled from

You will be responsible for improving business processes, reports, system enhancements, documentation and CRM processes. It is vital that you have experience working across multiple projects and systems.

Candidate Profile:

• Clear and effective communication style
• Strong documentation skills
• A solid understanding of SQL and Power BI
• API Integration points
• Experience working across ERP & CRM projects
• Experience working with White-Collar & Blue-Collar stakeholders
• Must possess Australian Permanent Residency / Australian Citizenship
• Must be able to drive (car park space available)
