As a technical Business Intelligence Developer/Business Analyst (BI Dev/BA) you will become the bridge between the technical world of data and the strategic needs of the business. This is not your average developer or analyst role – you'll be a data translator, a visualization virtuoso, and a champion of user-friendly insights.

Key Accountabilities:

• Craft clear and compelling business intelligence reports and dashboards – transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Analyse and transform data from varying sources
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs – translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable SQL code – fluency in the language of data is a must.
• Stay ahead of the curve – explore new technologies and methodologies to keep our data game strong.

The right person will have:

• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrable BI Dev / BA experience - understanding of key business concepts and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Power BI / Tableau / Salesforce experience essential.
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment and experience with Azure data factory would be ideal
• Exceptional communication skills which include being able to clearly explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data challenges and develop effective solutions.
• A passion for data and a desire to make an impact – you're excited to leverage data to drive business success.
