One of Sydney's most exciting & well-established marketing agencies is seeking a talented graphic designer to take the reign promotional activation projects.
The business specialises primarily in promotional activations - this covers digital, promotional merchandise and brand activations.
The key focus of this role will collaborating with internal teams to create exceptional product designs, mock-ups, POS and more. This role will expose you to a broad range of design elements, as well as affording the opportunity to work with some on Australia’s biggest and most notable brands in FMCG, sports and Liquor.
Ongoing support from management and an internal sales support by your side, you will have all the necessary resources to accelerate your design career – with opportunity to lead the design team in the future!

The Role: Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in the client's creative endeavours.
You'll be responsible for crafting visually striking designs across a range of projects - e.g.: merchandise product mock ups, 3D and CAD render work, Point of Sales material from digital assets to print, as well as collating brochures, presentations and catalogues to showcase your work to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Creative Design: Transform concepts into visually appealing designs, utilising your expertise in colour, typography, imagery, and layout.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to create a wide range of materials, from web content, POS materials, physical merchandise mock-ups, client presentations to show-case work, to internal communications.
- Communication: Internal and external communication is paramount in this position – understanding design briefs in intricate detail, having the confidence to ask lots of questions & go back and forth on changes where needed.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure designs align with brand identity and effectively convey the intended message.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and budgets, completing progress updates with management and clients.
- Media Organisation: Maintain and update internal design asset databases for easy accessibility.
Experience required to succeed here:
- Design Expertise: Possess a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a closely related discipline, underpinned by a robust portfolio that showcases your creative prowess.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
- Proven Track Record: Exhibit a proven history of delivering exceptional graphic design work, substantiated by a portfolio that underscores your proficiency.
- Effective Communication: Excel in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate and advocate for your design choices effectively.
- Time Management: Showcase strong organisational skills and a keen sense of time management, imperative for thriving in a fast-paced work environment where meeting deadlines is paramount.
