We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding food and beverage distribution company with headquarters in Melbourne, and Offices/Warehouses in Sydney and Adelaide.
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our Sydney team!
This is an exciting opportunity to manage an established territory with huge growth potential, working with well-known brands and best-quality products.
You will report directly to the State Manager/Director, who will provide guidance and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow sales in your assigned territory (territory will be determined based on your location in Sydney).
- Work with existing customers – take orders, increase sales volume, and introduce new products.
- Develop new business opportunities – actively seek and sign new accounts to drive growth in your territory.
- Identify and negotiate sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Range new products in stores and run monthly promotions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience? Great! If you have at least 1 year of experience in food distribution sales or 3 years in retail sales (supermarkets, independent stores, or specialty retail), we’d love to hear from you!
- New to sales but highly motivated? No problem! If you have the drive and ambition to succeed, we will train you to become the best sales manager in your territory and help you achieve any target.
- A strong communicator and relationship builder – ability to engage with customers and internal teams.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset – someone who takes initiative and seeks out opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills – confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
- Great time management and planning abilities – ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- A valid Australian driver’s license – as the role involves regular travel within the territory.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure:
- Base salary from $60K+ (negotiable based on experience)
- Uncapped sales commission – the more you sell, the more you earn!
