UFS Healthcare are looking for a motivated and dynamic Practice Coordinator to join our team at Doveton St Medical Centre. Established in 1880, we’ve been a trusted healthcare provider for over 140 years. Play a crucial role in improving patient care and experience by managing practice operations. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy medical practice, providing exceptional administrative and patient support.

About the role:

• Full-time - Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
• Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Handle patient inquiries, provide support, and ensure a welcoming and empathetic environment.
• Monitor practice performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe, professional atmosphere.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Previous experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with medical software, scheduling tools, and office systems.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges with a calm, positive attitude.
• Passion for Patient Care: A friendly, compassionate, and approachable demeanor, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
