Weare seeking an Industrial relations Manager to provide full-time assistance to the HR APAC function. This role plays a critical part in supporting bargaining processes and ensuring compliance with employment frameworks.

Duties:

• Supporting the bargaining process for industrial agreements
• Developing, managing and maintaining bargaining-related documentation
• Conducting labor market trend analysis and monitoring compliance risks
• Engaging with stakeholders across HR, legal and operational teams
• Assisting in strategic workforce planning and policy development.

About you:
We are looking for a detail orientated professional with

• Relevant tertiary qualifications: Master of Laws, Masters of legal studies or Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management)
• Experience in industrial relations or employment law
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
• Strategic thinking with a partnership mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a project team environment
