The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Software Project Manager with a solid background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and skills aligned with a Business Analyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of our client's most important projects for 2025. With a brand new team being established, we are looking for a Project Manager to take the lead the project to being successfully delivered.

• Planning and tracking of work packages and milestones
• Requirements analysis and breakdown into work packages including prioritisation
• Alignment with the project team on installation, equipment and setups
• Alignment with the management team on resourcing and risk mitigation
• Support management and team with customer discussions on timing or technical issues
• Facilitate daily scrums, action or coordinate ticket creation/update
• Run regular project meetings / demos to discuss/review planning, architecture, interfaces etc within the team

Your Profile

You are an immediately available Project Manager with the following skills:

• Waterfall style planning tools (e.g. MS project or similar) for milestone planning
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high quality of service
• JIRA, Scrum and agile practices

Desirable skills and experience:

• Experience as a business analyst or similar
• Relevant industry experience
• Experience with inter-disciplinary teams (Mechanical, hardware, software)
