Capital Discount Tyre & Auto is an independent Tyre, Wheel and Auto Servicing Retailer offering a full range of mechanical repairs including Servicing, Brakes, Suspension and Batteries. We continue to build a reputation for providing quality products and services at competitive prices.

We pride ourselves on great customer service and high quality workmanship and now require a new member to join our team as a Retail Assistant/Salesperson -Tyre's & Wheels. Someone who is equally as passionate about ensuring our customers are satisfied as we are.

Duties would include:

• Handle incoming telephone inquiries
• Assist in handling in-store customer inquiries
• Schedule automotive services through our booking software
• Liaising with workshop staff to ensure all work is completed on time and to high standards
• Carry out storage and stock control procedure's
• Accurately enter data into computer systems, including customer information & sales transactions.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A professional salesperson with a passion for customer service
• Have a minimum two year's experience in Tyre's & Wheel's
• A confident phone manner & developed communication skills
• Current drivers license
• A highly professional attitude to converse with customers
• Ability to work under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Great organisational skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Quick thinking & problem solving skills
