Morton Landscaping is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Tradesman to join our team. We specialise in creating well-crafted, functional outdoor spaces for a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, mid-scale earthworks, hardscaping (fabricated steel structures, stone/brick paving, retaining walls, bespoke fences/screens etc), and automated irrigation system installation.
• Operate landscaping machinery and tools with precision and care to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Maintain organised, safe, and clean work areas.
• Contribute to project planning and problem-solving to ensure seamless project execution.
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing updates, general conversation and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Morton Landscaping’s high standards of presentation and quality at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction
• Solid knowledge of the industry and looking to diversify
• Ability to deliver quality results using a range of materials and tools
• A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to consistently exceeding expectations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s licence
