🔨 What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified landscaper with at least 2 years of experience.
• Solid skills in hardscaping & softscaping – decking, stonework, tiling, retaining walls, concreting, turf, irrigation… you name it!
• A driver’s license and the ability to get to job sites around the Shire.
• A hard worker with a great attitude who takes pride in their craft.

🔨 THE ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Work on all aspects of hard & soft landscaping – from paving and decking to planting and irrigation.
• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, materials, and resources.
• Take the lead and mentor junior team members.
• Operate, maintain, and handle tools and equipment like a pro.
• Keep the site safe and compliant for the crew and clients.
• Wrap up each day with a quick job report.
• Maintain a clean, organised worksite—because a messy site = a messy job!
