• Location: Southern Highlands, NSW
• Position: Senior Tradesperson in Landscape Construction
• Experience Required: Cert III in Landscape Construction and 5 years in the industry.

Bower Gardens is a young flourishing company based in the Southern Highlands.

We pride ourselves on designing and constructing unique outdoor spaces.

Taking inspiration from our picturesque natural environment, we work using hard and soft-scapes to enhance spaces, small and large.

Our team is experienced in sandstone block-work, brick laying, timber pergolas and decking and paving and have a keen interest in plants and soft-scaping.

We work collaboratively with our team and our clients, taking a joint approach to turn 'the vision' into reality.

The Role:

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and passionate about construction, design and all things outdoors.

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of landscape projects as well as supervising small teams and overseeing jobs.

The candidate has room to grow within the business, with management opportunities offered to the right person.

Our core values are in growing our employees with training and up-skilling in trade or business specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute small on site construction jobs within a project with minimal guidance
• Execute small to medium landscape construction projects from start to finish, including hardscaping, planting, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of landscape materials, tools, and techniques.
• Engage in continuous learning and up-skilling opportunities offered by the company.
• Foster a culture of kindness and support within the team, contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Landscape Construction Industry.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
