Office Administrator, Pakenham Melbourne VIC
We are a small hydraulics busineess in pakenham seeking to employ an Office Administrator who is dynamic fresh and fast paced to join our team.
This position is 5 days a week and you will be responsible for Reception,
Administration & Accounting task.
The successful applicant must have the following skill setandpersonal attributes:
*Excellent organisational skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent time management skills
*Advanced skill set in full MYOB accounting program
*Ability to follow direction and instructions thoroughly
*Abilit to work independently without supervision
*High attention to detail
*Reliability,punctuality and honesty
Duties will include,but not limited to the following
*Be first point of contact to all our clients
*Answer all incoming calls and taking job notes
*Provide assistance to customers with enquiries new and existing
*Invoicing in MYOB Accounts, data entry running of reports
*Accounts Payable/Receivable
*Stock ordering of various parts
*Email Invoices /Statements,quotes
