Responsibilities & Duties

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Processing Weekly Payroll
• Preparing and Lodging Workcover, Superannuation & Long Service Leave
• Bank Reconciliations
• General Ledger Account Reconciliations
• Job Costing
• Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation
• BAS/IAS Returns
• Cashflow Preparation and Monitoring
• Work in Progress
• Any other tasks as requested by General Manager

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience with payroll is essential
• Proficient in using MYOB
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear communication skills, both written & verbal
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Intermediate Excel Skills are essential
