The Role: This position will work closely with experienced and respected Partners, who specialise in:

1. M&A Transactions,
2. Equity capital markets,
3. Corporate advisory
4. Joint ventures,
5. Commercial arrangements,
6. Restructures, and
7. General commercial and corporate contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

1. Have solid experience and exposure to M&A transactions as well as a strong background in Corporate Advisory / Mergers & Acquisitions with a mid-market focus preferably, through experience gained in mid to top-tier firms;
2. Have solid experience with legal due diligence including drafting due diligence reports
3. Experience with reviewing and drafting contracts
4. Possess a willingness to have a hands-on approach as a client-focused practitioner, with great relationship-building and communication skills;
