The Position:

  • Located at a Dedicated Property Investment Centre focused on Property Management in Norwest Business Park
  • Opportunity to earn a Bonus available – upon successful completion of the probation period you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus scheme
  • This position can be a Traneesship where we will provide full mentoring and training or you might be a seasoned real estate professional looking to continue your career.

Support Available for Our Team:

  • We have an overseas team handling administrative tasks, allowing us to focus on high-value activities
  • We have a leasing team of three
  • We have full-time accountancy, bookkeeping, and receptionist/admin support
  • We have an Operations Manager dedicated to supporting the team

About You:

  • It is desirable you have a Class 2 Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
  • You are energetic and excited about a dynamic workplace
  • You love innovation and change
  • Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential – we will consider other relevant experience
  • You have impeccable interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • You present professionally and have superior communication and negotiation skills
  • You are sharp, quick-thinking, and able to handle objections effectively
  • You are genuine, authentic, and have a strong work ethic
  • You are willing to provide proof of working rights and undergo a police check
