The Position:
- Located at a Dedicated Property Investment Centre focused on Property Management in Norwest Business Park
- Opportunity to earn a Bonus available – upon successful completion of the probation period you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus scheme
- This position can be a Traneesship where we will provide full mentoring and training or you might be a seasoned real estate professional looking to continue your career.
Support Available for Our Team:
- We have an overseas team handling administrative tasks, allowing us to focus on high-value activities
- We have a leasing team of three
- We have full-time accountancy, bookkeeping, and receptionist/admin support
- We have an Operations Manager dedicated to supporting the team
About You:
- It is desirable you have a Class 2 Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
- You are energetic and excited about a dynamic workplace
- You love innovation and change
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential – we will consider other relevant experience
- You have impeccable interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- You present professionally and have superior communication and negotiation skills
- You are sharp, quick-thinking, and able to handle objections effectively
- You are genuine, authentic, and have a strong work ethic
- You are willing to provide proof of working rights and undergo a police check
