π Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the State-based contact for nationally provided property services.
- Take charge of property and facilities management including workspace analysis, security pass management, office repairs, and fleet management.
- Provide vital on-site support to corporate teams, including Finance, People & Culture, and ICT.
- Collaborate with our outsourced Property Services Provider (PSP), Evolve FM, to deliver top-notch services.
- Draft clear and concise property-related communications such as emails, bulletins, and reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
π οΈ Additional Duties:
- Complete required training programs and manage ongoing development.
- Flexible work hours with standard business hours of 7.5 hours per day.
- Potential overtime opportunities and participation in the voluntary on-call roster.
π’ Role Specifics:
- This role is primarily office-based (five days a week), with a chance for some flexibility down the track.
- Once trained, you'll be the Emergency Warden, with a Workplace Responsibility Allowance (WRA) included. πΌ
