Talent is excited to partner with one of Australia's fastest growing FinTech organisations that has been featured in multiple publications and won numerous awards over the last 12 months. They provide a technology solution that's catered to brokerages across the Mortgages & Lending ecosystem.

As a Business Development Manager for Victoria, you will be responsible for building out lasting relationships across a qualified broker network where you'll identify new business opportunities to sell the portfolio of solutions on offer. You'll be given access to a large pool of brokers across multiple aggregators, so you'll have an endless stream of warm leads. As this is a field sales role, you will be expected to travel across VIC to meet with brokers so access to a car and a valid Australian Driver's license are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Build beneficially lasting relationships with a network of brokers
  • Enable, educate, and create new business opportunities with your broker network
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mortgage & lending industry
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients/brokers
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably across the residential mortgage lending or commercial lending.
  • Have an excellent understanding of lending structures, credit criteria, and mortgage products
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities
  • Possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Own a car and hold a valid Australian driver's license
  • Willingness to travel as needed
