I am recruiting on behalf of a technology-forward healthcare provider that is expanding its national network of healthcare service providers. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive proactive business growth and manage relationships with both new and existing providers across Australia.
About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening provider partnershipswhile ensuring a high level of service and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying, pitching, and onboarding new healthcare service providers to join the network.
- Managing and growing relationships with existing providers to optimise engagement.
- Analysing current provider data to identify gaps and opportunities for expansion.
- Conducting virtual (phone/Zoom) and occasional face-to-face meetings with providers.
- Working towards KPIs to drive network growth and quality service delivery.
- Staying up to date with healthcare, allied health, and aged care trends to align business development efforts.
What We’re Looking For
We need a driven and results-oriented professional with:
- Proven business development and account management experience in a service-based industry.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and onboard healthcare service providers.
- A passion for or strong interest in healthcare, allied health, or aged care.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in phone and Zoom-based meetings.
- The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for provider growth.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
