Reporting to the Safety Manager Gippsland the successful candidate must have the ability to:

• Undertake front line first aid and RTW activities.
• Delivery of drug and alcohol testing program, employee welfare programs and pre-employment processes.
• Operate in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
• Be flexible with your hours of work as this role operates in line with meat processing hours.
• Roll up the sleeves and get involved.

You Will Have:

• Demonstrable knowledge and application of front line first aid techniques.
• Current nursing, paramedic or first aid qualifications experience would be highly regarded.
• Experience in managing RTW / rehabilitation programs.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information processed.
• Previous Safety and HR admin experience would be highly regarded.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and computer skills (MS applications)
• Ability to work as a team member or on your own as the situation may provide.
• Attention to detail and gain satisfaction from getting things done right, first time.
