Reporting to the Safety Manager Gippsland the successful candidate must have the ability to:
- Undertake front line first aid and RTW activities.
- Delivery of drug and alcohol testing program, employee welfare programs and pre-employment processes.
- Operate in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
- Be flexible with your hours of work as this role operates in line with meat processing hours.
- Roll up the sleeves and get involved.
You Will Have:
- Demonstrable knowledge and application of front line first aid techniques.
- Current nursing, paramedic or first aid qualifications experience would be highly regarded.
- Experience in managing RTW / rehabilitation programs.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information processed.
- Previous Safety and HR admin experience would be highly regarded.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and computer skills (MS applications)
- Ability to work as a team member or on your own as the situation may provide.
- Attention to detail and gain satisfaction from getting things done right, first time.
