Key Responsibilities:
- Working from the Aspira Newcastle Office (The Junction)
- You will be the first person to meet people with a smile. Utmost professionalism and appearance are imperative
- Reception duties – answering & directing incoming calls, incoming & outgoing mail, scanning and general office duties
- Enter client details accurately into our database (CRM)
- Complete daily mail run and maintain adequate stocks of stationery, Australia Post supplies
- Other administrative duties as required
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome packages and initial documentation.
- Previous experience in an office environment
About You:
You are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and people skills. You will be able to recognise and respond to competing priorities to create an effective and efficient office environment.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Possess:
- You will be happy to be the "Face" of Aspira Business & Financial Services and be seated in the reception
- Demonstrated and extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
- Ability to work positively as part of our Administration team with the ability to problem-solve customer enquiries and demonstrate initiative
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, customer service focus, personable demeanour
- Experience in Bookkeeping/Finance/Legal offices is beneficial but not essential
