We are looking for a varied Office Receptionist /Customer Service Administration role who can speak fluent TURKISH.
Our company, located in Somerton is a Manufacturer of Meat Products. We are looking for a dedicated, friendly and responsible office administrator to join our team.
Description of duties to be undertaken:
- Reception duties - answering incoming calls & customer service duties
- Maintaining Inhouse POS System - invoicing, customer database & contact customers
- Receiving shipments of stock and sending out customer orders
- Assisting sales team with quotations
- Complete training will be provided.
To be successful in this role you will have some experience in administration. You will have excellent customer service, strong experience with Accounting software program , organisation and computer skills (Word and Excel), motivation and a strong eye for detail.
MUST be able to speak fluent TURKISH.
