Our well-established client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their passionate team.
What's On Offer:
Prime Location: The office is conveniently located in Artarmon, close to public transport. Enjoy a free courtesy loop bus that drops you right at the doorstep. Prefer driving? Limited street parking is available.
Balanced Work Hours: This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, giving you evenings and weekends free.

Your Role:
- Handle the main company inbox and respond to enquiries
- Create and update job records in our system
- Amend work orders and client files
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed
What You Bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a professional, engaging personality
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Flexible and reliable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work onsite full time
- Covid-19 vaccinated (due to contractual obligations)
