The Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects from start to finish. You will:
✔️ Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
✔️ Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
✔️ Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
✔️ Maintain schedules, budgets, and client expectations
✔️ Problem-solve on-site challenges to keep builds on track

About You:

🔹 Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
🔹 Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and WHS standards
🔹 Ability to lead and manage multiple trades effectively
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
🔹 A current White Card & Driver's License
